Laminating
Multiple layers of packaging films, foils or paper are untied into one with a
flexible adhesive bond. These films form the product contact surface as well as the barrier
between the environment and solid, liquid or other form of food, drug, chemical, or other
product requiring packaging.
Release Coatings
A minute amount of silicone in a proprietary blend along with several other ingredients
blended to achieve the desired "release" of labels, postage stamps, asphalt shingles, etc.
from a release liner or backing.

Liquid Control provides both programmable variable-ratio and all pneumatic fixed-ratio systems
that will automatically deliver mixed urethane and silicone material to in-line laminators
and coaters. Our machines have a full complement of options for low material level alarms,
heating, ratio monitoring with our Engarde system and event logging with printer output.
Solventless materials are growing in their use, however solvent containing laminating
adhesive materials are extensive. Our all pneumatic intrinsically safe machines are
ideal for solvent containing materials.
