Before delivery, your machine is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our
plant. It can also be wet-tested using your own materials if you so desire. We
provide detailed, user-friendly and customized Operation and Service Manuals
for each machine. Comprehensive operator training can also be provided prior to
shipment. Finally, your machine is shipped fully assembled and ready to go to
work on your factory floor.
In-field start-up service is readily available when needed. After the equipment
is part of your production process, our entire staff of skilled dispensing
engineers are only a telephone call away to help you quickly troubleshoot and
solve any problems that may arise. Our substantial parts inventory is a final
safeguard against costly downtime. Sales and technical personnel are
strategically located for fast response time.
