These labs are dedicated to the development, testing and demonstration of meter, mix and
dispense equipment and process technology for a wide variety of resin systems. Customers
and material suppliers develop new applications and resolve formulation and production
problems using this capability. By testing materials and processes in a real-life
environment, customers can shorten the time to market of new products.
Customers can view their actual part being dispensed on, with their material of choice.
Conference rooms outside each lab enable customers to carry out private meetings with
Liquid Control staff or conduct conference calls.
Material suppliers can identify the best dispensing configuration for their materials and
optimize their chemistries by testing them in conditions that closely resemble real-life
production environments.
Once a new Liquid Control machine is built, the laboratories provide the opportunity to
actually "wet test" each machine before it leaves our door. Customers are encouraged to
attend this test so they can watch their new machine operate and receive training specific
to their machine, materials and process. Our objective is to simulate the actual production
process so well in our labs that the installation and production scale up times are greatly
reduced.
